Ear Tag Information

Exhibitors must be present for ear tagging along with the animal to be tagged

What to bring to Ear Tagging

  • Seasonal Pass – Go to the Arizona Department of Agriculture to obtain a seasonal pass (will take a few days to obtain a copy, recommend to obtain as soon as possible)

  • Code of Conduct Form - Each exhibitor must read, sign, and obey the Pinal County Junior Livestock Committee Code of Conduct Form. In addition, exhibitors are required to have their parent and 4-H leader, FFA Advisor or Association leader sign the form. The Code of Conduct Form must be completed and turned in at the time of ear tagging. Code of Conduct Form

  • Leader Volunteer Form - All adult leaders, even if they are certified 4-H, Association, or FFA Leaders, must register with the PCJLC in order to become approved. Leader/Volunteer Registration Form

  • AZ Best Bred Form - To be eligible to enter the Best Arizona Bred Class, animals must be bred, conceived, born, raised and fed on Arizona soil.  A receipt of verification will be needed. Best Arizona Bred Form
