Paperwork Day Information

Exhibitors must be present for Paperwork Day 

Held at the Pinal County Fair Grounds

What to bring to Paperwork Day

  • Bill of Sale – A copy of the bill of sale from the breeder/seller must accompany the entry form.  The bill of sale/receipt must include the name of the exhibitor the animal was sold to, the name of the breeder, the breeder’s national or state premise identification number, the animal’s ear notches listed either as a picture diagram or in numerical form and the animal’s breed noted by the breeder/seller


  • Photographs – Three clear photographs of the market swine must be submitted for entry.  The exhibitor must be featured in ONE of the three photographs.   PHOTOGRAPH ONE: A head shot clearly showing the animal’s ear notches and notable markings of the face.  PHOTOGRAPH TWO & THREE: A side shot clearly showing both of the animal’s side profile(s) and notable markings.  Swine Photo Form


  • Code of Conduct Form - Each exhibitor must read, sign, and obey the Pinal County Junior Livestock Committee Code of Conduct Form. In addition, exhibitors are required to have their parent and 4-H leader, FFA Advisor or Association leader sign the form. The Code of Conduct Form must be completed and turned in at the time of paperwork. Code of Conduct Form


  • Leader Volunteer Form - All adult leaders, even if they are certified 4-H, Association, or FFA Leaders, must register with the PCJLC in order to become approved. Leader/Volunteer Registration Form


  • AZ Best Bred Form - To be eligible to enter the Best Arizona Bred Class, animals must be bred, conceived, born, raised and fed on Arizona soil.  A receipt of verification will be needed. Best Arizona Bred Form
